Aston Martin Vanquish S Ultimate unveiled

02 November 2017

It is priced at £211,995 (Around Rs. 1.82 Crores) for Coupe and £223,995 (Around Rs. 1.92 Crores) for the Volante.

The first of the three available Designer Themes is described as "monochrome", featuring Ultimate Black exterior paint with Copper Bronze outlining the front air intake, side sills and rear diffuser.

It's likely to be the final Aston Martin produced to be powered by Aston's 5.9-litre naturally-aspirated V12 making 443kW, with the next version to use either the new 5.2L twin-turbocharged V12 or the Mercedes-AMG sourced biturbo V8. The Vanquish S Ultimate, limited to 175 cars, features unique design details throughout the exterior and interior. Inside, there's Chestnut Tan leather upholstery with Obsidian Black accents, along with a carbon-fibre fascia. Deliveries are expected to take place in 2018.

We've already seen Aston Martin working towards the end of the current Vanquish with the arrival of the Vanquish S to replace the regular Vanquish, as well as with a family of Vanquish Zagato models. A combination of Xenon Grey paint and Cobalt Blue graphics complements the Ultimate's carbon fibre and black trim.

In addition to the specially created colour and trim packages there are a suite of details that are also unique to the Vanquish S Ultimate. The same family of exterior hues continue to the interior, where Electron Yellow accents and Spectral Blue stitching stand out against the Phantom Grey leather upholstery. Chestnut Tan leather with Obsidian Black accents and cuprum carbon fibre facia are the major highlights.

Finally, the third Designer Theme consists of White Gold exterior paint with Bronze accents, standing out against the carbon-fibre exterior trims.

To this effect, customers can "mix and match" each exterior design to an interior of their choosing. The eight-speed Touchtronic III automatic transmission can send the GT to a 100kmph from standstill in 3.5seconds and a top speed of 325kmph. These include must have items such as carbon fibre side strakes featuring rose gold "Ultimate" decals, carbon fibre treadplates and an "Ultimate" sill plaque.

Chief Creative Officer, Marek Reichman, said of the auto, "With the Ultimate Edition we have accentuated the Vanquish S's unique blend of tradition, technology and craftsmanship with a selection of three bold exterior paint schemes and hugely appealing interior packages".
