Newly minted Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani went on Hannity last Wednesday and created major problems for his client. This, of course, is referring to Giuliani spilling the beans earlier this week about Trump reimbursing Cohen for the payment made to Stormy Daniels.
When Cohen finally returns to Trump, POTUS say that they need to hurry this up because needs to meet with his chief strategist Kanye West (unfortunately Jay Pharoah was not there to bless us with his impression).
Cummings is urging Rep. Trey Gowdy, the Republican chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform committee, to investigate.
"The President of the United States did not in any way violate the campaign finance law", Giuliani, who recently joined Trump's personal legal team, told Fox News' Jeanine Pirro on "Justice with Judge Jeanine".
Cummings, in a letter, said Trump failed to note his reimbursement to his attorney Michael Cohen when he filed his annual government financial disclosure last June. "The payment was made to resolve a personal and false allegation in order to protect the president's family", Giuliani said in a brief statement. His statement came just a day Giuliani said "You won't see daylight between me and the president".
Giuliani had said in a statement Friday that his comments had not reflected "my understanding of the President's knowledge, but instead, my understanding of these matters". He did not elaborate.More news: Trump praises China's Xi Jingping as trade talks begin in Beijing
When the president called out Daniels and said her claims of an affair are all an act, Daniels deftly shot back, "I work in adult films!"
This tweet comes on the heels of The New York Times' report that the President was aware that his personal attorney made a hush money payment to Stormy despite denying knowing anything about it last month.
Sanders said Thursday that Trump "eventually learned" about the payment, but she did not offer details.
"We're not changing any stories", he said, admonishing reporters for "bringing up that kind of crap".
"I believe in my heart that the Supreme Court will decide that", he added.

On Saturday night, Rudy Giuliani acknowledged that he's "still learning" the facts in legal cases involving Donald Trump, who hired him last month to serve as his personal attorney in the Russian Federation investigation.
Before Giuliani released his statement, Trump called the former NY mayor "a great guy".
President Trump addresses reporters as he leaves for Dallas to speak at the National Rifle Association convention on Friday.
But Cohen denied the report and even produced an email to the Wall Street Journal that appeared to be from "Stormy Daniels" saying that she hadn't gotten said hush money.
But to Giuliani's central thesis - that the repayment meant that no campaign finance laws were broken - the law is fairly clear.
But the surprise revelation of the president's payment clashed with his past statements, and has created new legal headaches and stunned many in the West Wing.More news: Dispute Leads to Shooting at Nashville Mall; 1 Shot
